Two Down, One to Go is the first episode of Season 6 of Roseanne, also the 123rd overall series episode. It was written by Amy Sherman and was directed by Philip Charles MacKenzie. It originally aired on ABC on September 14, 1993.

Synopsis

In the first episode of season six, Roseanne starts to feel the pain of the empty nest with both Darlene and Becky gone. Roseanne helps Darlene move to Chicago for art school.

Summary

Roseanne is heartbroken when Darlene refuses to drive to Chicago with her. In the hope that she will stay, David asks Darlene to marry him. Roseanne eventually goes to Darlene's Chicago apartment and stays the night, and they have a mother-daughter talk.
